Meet your guide
Rebecca is a trauma-informed Somatic Therapist, Brainspotting practitioner, Beyond Quantum Healing practitioner, Light Codes facilitator and intuitive keeper of Wisdom Codes.
She specialises in guiding clients through deep healing, helping them clear stress, blocks, and trauma that traditional cognitive and alternate therapies often cannot shift.
As a certified Meditation Teacher, Rebecca passionately integrates quantum energetics into her work, accelerating healing, activating intuitive expansion, and elevating consciousness.

Common Questions
Do I need meditation experience?
No, I'll be guiding you the whole time, all you need to do is relax and enjoy the experience.
What do I need to bring?
You'll need to bring a yoga mat, and anything else to enhance and deepen your experience. I suggest a cushion, blanket, warm clothing, eye pillow, bolster etc.
It's also a good idea to bring a journal and pen to note any messages, downloads or guidance that comes through during your journey.
** Please also bring water.
Do I have to lie down?
I recommend lying down, but you can absolutely sit up for the journey, either on your mat or in a chair.
How long will it go for?
We allow 1.5 hrs to also have time for sharing and integration after your journey.
How will it flow?
Upon arrival, you will be greeted and invited to take your space. We will open the evening with some energetic rituals to ground and connect within, before you settle in to your mat and drift off on a blissful sound journey.
We will open the space for sharing afterward, but you won't be asked to share unless you feel drawn to.
What if I can't switch off my mind?
This is a really common question, but with my voice guiding you, and the vibrations of the soundscape, you will most likely find that you sink deep into a state of relaxation and bliss fairly effortlessly.
What if I can't visualise anything?
Not everyone is visual, and that's perfectly ok. We are sentient Beings, so we receive and experience through all our senses. You might not get a visual experience, but you will certainly feel the vibration of sound and be transported to a higher consciousness.
What if I don't want to receive light code transmissions?
I've got you. You are a sovereign being and you have that choice to receive or not. I will be asking you on the night so I know who wants to and who doesn't.
What are Light Codes?
Light codes are energetic imprints that I channel in the form of Light language from my cosmic Starseed family.
Light language is a high frequency of energy that channels through in the form of hand gestures and vocal sound, allowing us to receive upgrades, release what no longer serves us, integrate shifts and expand our consciousness.
I will explain this on the night and demonstrate prior to the journey so you can choose to receive or not.
