Not many people sail through life without challenges, trauma, heart break or pain, and I'm certainly not one of them.

I have walked through the fire.

I have journeyed my dark night of the soul.

I have also felt that deep sense of loneliness, despair, hopelessness, fear; over and over.

But I also journeyed through it, and beyond it, every time. Slowly but surely.

And I'm not 'healed', I don't walk around in a bubble of love and light.

I'm here having a human experience, and so I continue to journey pain, despair, doubt, fear, hopelessness, but I also continue to move through it.

Because I also came here to learn, grow, expand and transform; over and over.

What I learned over time, as I navigated my own pain and healing, was that the more I leaned into my pain, the deeper and faster I could process, release and shift it.

Life isn't about experiencing less pain, less challenges; it's about learning how to receive the magic and medicine in the lessons of those experiences. It's about learning how to lean into all the messiness and discomfort of it all, feel it, process it, complete the karmic lessons, break the cycles, shift out of the programming and step onto a higher timeline.

That's empowerment.

That's transformation.

That's reclamation.

I also came to understand and learn that releasing and healing using the entire physical and energetic body on a quantum level, allowed for the deepest, most profound healing I have ever seen and experienced. Because you are not relying on someone else to heal you, you are tuning into your own inner system of knowing, trust, and higher guidance to heal at a level that transcends this life at this time.

It allows you to heal ancestral trauma, past life trauma and also activate the strengths and wisdom from your higher self.
